Sam welcomed us. She looked after our bags when we arrived early. Ben later showed us our spacious, comfortable room. It had fresh milk for coffee in the morning.
I found staff gave different information contradicting each other. This was confusing.

The location was superb, putting me within easy reach of everything (i just love a short walk to attractions). i found the room to be very clean and the bed offered such comfort. i particularly valued the extra amenities. Fluffy robes are always a plus!

the breakfast had plenty of options.
The room was not the cleanest. There were hairs on the bathroom floor. some decor needed attention. the bottles for the toiletries were refilled with white company products, though the bottles looked tired and were only half full on arrival.
